The 30 ft private swimming pool with adjoining spa is south facing, with glorious views across the lake. Here, you can enjoy the Florida sunshine on our large sun deck area, which also has a large covered area for those days when it is just too hot!

Downstairs
The downstairs comprises the kitchen, dining area, large lounge, master suite with large walk-in wardrobe and bathroom and a twin bedded room. You will also find the utility room and double garage, which is a big hit with kids of all ages and has a pool table, air hockey and table football.
Always the heart of the home, the kitchen and dining area: you will not be disappointed with the superbly equipped kitchen. This includes large USA style fridge freezer with ice maker, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal, electric kettle, coffee maker plus full crockery and cutlery for up to 10 people.
We believe there is everything that you could possibly need during your stay, right down to very important cork screw! We even provide unbreakable dinnerware and tumblers for little guests – and also for use on the pool deck, where for obvious safety reasons glass and china items are not permitted. There is seating for 6 people within the kitchen area, with an additional dining area with 4 seats next to the kitchen.
The large lounge with leather sofas is beautifully furnished and has a flat screen TV and DVD.
There is a cloakroom (downstairs wc) on this floor together with access to the games area and separate utility room.
Upstairs
Upstairs is another full master suite. There are two further bedrooms, one queen and one twin bedded and a full family bathroom.
The upstairs landing looks down over the lounge area with its 18 feet ceiling. All bedrooms and lounge areas have fans.
Guests are provided with a high speed Internet connection and wireless network. For younger guests the home comes with stair gates, crib/cot, highchair and stroller which are available upon request at no charge.
